Many families have been left wondering about their missing loved ones following the fires in Gatlinburg. That includes the family of Pamela Johnson.

She was last heard from at Travelers Lodge, which burned down.

After two days of waiting, her family decided to go out on their own search Thursday.

"I've cried nonstop," her granddaughter Claryssa Dalson said, "I don't know where she is I don't know where she is."

"I can't get her face out of my head I can't get her scent I can't get her image or anything and I just miss her and I want her home safe," Dalson said.

Claryssa, family and friends of Pam set out Thursday looking for any sign of her after hearing a rumor that she may be in the Pigeon Forge area

"I've had several people tell me that they've seen her...seen her at hotels," she said.

They searched several hotels along the parkway and shelters. But no one has seen her.

But many people know her.

Pam works at Mckinneys Market in Gatlinburg.

"If you look like you're sad or just might need a hug she literally reaches across the counter hugs your neck and tells you she loves you,"

If you have seen "Miss Pam" as so many people call her- please inform both the Red Cross and the TBI. They will put her in touch with her family who misses her very much.
