There's a new "Mountain Tough" website set-up to assist in the recovery following the massive fires in Sevier County.

The county and the cities of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville worked together to launch www.mountaintough.org. It's described as the "official website for the Smoky Mountain area recovery efforts."

It features lists of how to help or get help, like housing, counseling, and shelter information.

The website's name plays off the "Mountain Tough" theme that has resonated throughout this disaster based off a quote from the Gatlinburg mayor.

"We're going to be okay because we're Mountain Tough and have a strong faith in God" Mayor Mike Werner said during one of the wildfire news conferences.

Those looking for information on how to help can also visit VolunteerETN.org. We've also compiled a list on WBIR.com of ways to donate or help wildfire evacuees.
