Volapalooza will take place on Friday, April 27 at World's Fair Park from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The 2018 lineup has been revealed and blackbear, American hip-hop artist, will headline, along with performances by Zella Day and R.LUM.R. Additionally, Peak Physique, Hardcastle, and Oddnote will play sets on the local stage at Volapalooza.
This past week has been Volapalooza awareness week at the University of Tennessee. The Vola Crew is informing students about the event and all of the fun that is to come.
Shelby Goodsell, Volapalooza Operations Chair, has worked very hard with her team to bring the very best to UTK's annual musical festival.
"The Volapalooza team is really excited about this year's Volapalooza!" said Goodsell. "We have a lot of new and cool things in store and can't wait for our fellow students to enjoy what we've been working so hard on!"
Last year's headliner was X Ambassadors and students cannot wait to take part in the largest student-organized event on campus. The event is held on the last day of spring semester classes to give students the opportunity to have a good time, before the start of finals.
