Maple syrup

Brown sugar
Apple Cider
Champagne or Prosecco

Before mixing the cocktail prepare each glass by dipping the rim lightly in maple syrup then a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. To make the cocktail combine equal parts champagne and apple cider in a tall glass just before serving. It’s best to pour the champagne first and let the bubbles settle before adding the apple cider. For a nonalcoholic version substitute ginger ale for the champagne.
