SALSA
2 medium tart apples, diced
1 cup diced strawberries
2 diced kiwi
1 orange zested, plus juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted apple jelly

Toss apples with orange zest and juice.  Add strawberries, kiwi and brown sugar; toss together then add melted apple jelly and toss again.  For less dishes to wash place ingredients in order into a zipper lock bag and shake to mix.

Cinnamon Pita Crisps:
Place cut pitas on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.  Cool completely.  Store in a covered container or zipper lock bag.
