BKW Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 hard-boiled large eggs, cooled and peeled

½ cup shredded chicken (roughly one 6oz boneless breast)

1 tsp BKW Cajun Rub

¼ cup finely chopped celery

¼ cup finely chopped carrots

3 tbsp BKW homemade Ranch

3 tbsp Bleu cheese crumbles

½ cup BKW Original buffalo sauce

Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

1. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and BKW Cajun Rub. Grill on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160˚F. Let cool.

2. Shred chicken in food processor.

3. Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolk. Place whites on tray in reserve.

4. Combine egg yolks with the chicken, celery, carrots, BKW Ranch, bleu cheese crumbles, and BKW Original buffalo sauce in mixing bowl

5. Fill each egg cavities with the chicken filling and garnish with chopped parsley. Refrigerate for one hour

6. Drizzle with BKW Original buffalo sauce and serve!

BKW Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks

Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken (roughly two boneless breasts)

2 tbsp BKW Cajun Rub

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp BKW Original Gourmet seasoning

3 tbsp BKW Original buffalo sauce

6 stalks celery

Fresh chives (chopped)

Directions

1. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and BKW Cajun Rub. Grill on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160˚F. Let cool.

2. Shred chicken in food processor.

3. Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, BKW Original Gourmet seasoning and BKW Original sauce together in a bowl.

4. Fill each celery stalk with the chicken filling and garnish with chopped chives.
