3- 24 oz blocks of cheese, shredded

1 T. yellow mustard

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp of each salt and pepper

8 oz soft cream cheese (whipped cream cheese)

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

28 oz chopped fire roasted red peppers

2 cups of mayo

1 T. sugar

Mix by hand, taste and season as needed
