1 lb. Italian sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
3 cups beef broth
2 cans Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
1 large zucchini, diced
1/2 cup or so pasta

Cook pasta until tender in the beef broth. Brown sausage, stirring to crumble, until no pink shows. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes and zucchini, heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Add broth with pasta. Simmer ten minutes or so to blend flavors until zucchini is cooked. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
