-Medium or large flour tortilla
-Seasoned Rice
-Black beans or pinto beans
-Your choice of protein: pork, chicken, steak, ground beef or tofu
-Shredded cheese
-Pico De Gallo
-Sour cream
-Green Hatch Chili, Mole or Red Chili Sauce
-Queso Fresco

In a medium or large sized flour tortilla layer on seasoned rice, black beans or pinto beans, your choice of protein, shredded cheese and pico de gallo. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and hold tight. While holding the sides of the tortilla in, fold up the bottom half of the tortilla then roll burrito shut.
Place your rolled burrito on a plate or in a bowl. Add a bed of lettuce next to the burrito. Top your bed of lettuce with a scoop of pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Next drizzle your heated queso cheese on top of your burrito followed by your choice of chili sauce or mole. Top your burrito with queso fresco and a pinch of cilantro.
