Pumpkin spice mix for coffee, tea or milk
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 cup non-dairy creamer
Whisk together. Store tightly covered up to one year.
To serve: stir one or two rounded teaspoons into very hot coffee, tea or milk. Add sugar to taste if desired.
