Crust Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup cold butter - cubed

Filling Ingredients:
3 eggs - beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups rhubarb - diced
4 ounces white chocolate - melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a medium bowl combine the 1 1/2 cups flour and the powdered sugar.  Cut in the butter using a fork or pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.  Pat the crumbs into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.  While the crust is baking mix the eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour, & salt using a whisk.  Gently stir in the rhubarb and pour over the hot crust.  Return to the oven and reduce the temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.  Cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.  Chill and cut into bars.
