Roasted Pumpkin or Acorn Squash etc for pie and other recipes. Use in place of canned pumpkin.
1) Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2) Remove stem, cut pumpkin in half, remove seeds and place on a baking sheet
3) Drizzle with Olive Oil
4) Bake until tender
5) Scoop out meat from skin and place in bowl
7) Use for any of your favorite recipes. If baking in bread or a cake, let cool before mixing with other ingredients.
