1 large sourdough loaf
2 cups mayonnaise
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
2 cups shredded colby-jack cheese
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 medium white onion, finally chopped
1 lb. bacon cooked crispy and chopped (or a jar of Hormel Real Bacon Pieces)
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
sourdough baguette slices for serving
Celery and Carrot sticks

Slice top of bread off and reserve for a lid.
Scoop out the inside to make a bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend the rest of the ingredients together.

Fill the bread bowl, replace the lid, and wrap entirely in heavy-duty foil.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for at least one hour (ovens and bread sizes vary) until inside is bubbling hot.

Serve with the bread slices and some celery and carrots.
