Even though we are not a restaurant, but a Market featuring Premium Seafood, Choice Meats and Prepared Foods, folks want a healthy alternative to eat for lunch or dinner. We found the Poke Bowl as a perfect way to highlight all the great items we offer in one dish. Poke is Hawaiian but has become very popular in large cities, and this is our Knoxville, TN version. We describe our Poke Bowl as a deconstructed Sushi Roll in a Bowl and is a delicious option that our customers describe as making them "happy" after eating it.
