5 pounds red new potatoes

3/4 pound butter - melted

1/2 cup half & half

1/3 pound romano cheese

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons rosemary

8 cloves garlic - minced

Quarter potatoes and boil till soft. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Mash with potato masher or mixer. Serve hot with a pat of butter & a sprig of rosemary.
