6 cups hot oil

4 large onions sliced thick

2 eggs whisked

1/2 cup milk

2 TBS hot sauce

3 TBS worcestershire

2 cups bread crumbs

1 cup cracker meal

2 cups flour

Mix wet ingredients till smooth, pour into one dipping pan. Add flour to 2nd pan. Mix bread crumbs and cracker meal in 3rd pan. Dredge onion in egg bath then flour, then egg bath again and finally bread crumbs. Drop in oil and fry till golden.
