A hardware failure is impacting some First Tennessee Bank customer transactions, according to a statement from the company.

First Tennessee Bank stressed the issue was not tied to a computer hack or cyber-attack.

"We expect all deposits to post today, and any remaining withdrawals will post tomorrow," the company's statement said.

On Tuesday morning, they originally said they expected all transactions to be posted by noon. However, customers reported issues to 10News after that point.

First Tennessee Banks promised not to charge any fees caused by the delay.
