Blount County Sheriff's Office said one of its deputies found multiple narcotics in a 24-year-old Alcoa man's possession Saturday morning.
The deputy pulled over Christopher Jesue Hatcher for speeding. The sheriff's office said Hatcher tried to walk away from the vehicle after the deputy pulled him over, so the deputy called for backup.
Investigators on the scene found 9.2 grams of cocaine, 19.6 grams of crack cocaine and 300 Xanax pills in on Hatcher and in his vehicle.
Hatcher was charged with multiple drug possession charges. He is in jail with bonds totaling $125,000.
