Charges were dropped against former Ooltewah High School basketball coach Andre "Tank" Montgomery for failure to report a 2015 sexual assault.
The four counts against Montgomery were from the rape involving four freshman players that occurred on a team trip to Gatlinburg.

The three former Ooltewah High School students convicted for their roles in the rape of a freshman player were sentenced in Sevier County Juvenile Court in October.
