KCSO arrests woman involved in shooting death of boyfriend

The victim, 30-year-old Cody James Sustman, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to deputies.

UPDATE Feb. 24 11:30 p.m.: The Knox County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit arrested a woman suspected of shooting her boyfriend in West Knox County Saturday night.

27-year-old Arielle Grustozzi was arrested without incident Saturday night following the death of 30-year-old Cody James Sustman in West Knox County off Missoula Way.

Grustozzi was charged with second degree murder. She is being held at the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility under a $1 million bond.

PREVIOUS: The Knox County Sheriff's Office says it's investigating an apparent homicide in West Knox County.

Deputies say the incident happened on Missoula Way just after 2 a.m. Saturday.

KCSO says there does not appear to be a direct threat toward the community.

The investigation is ongoing.
