OOLTEWAH, TN - A Hamilton County man is charged with firing a shotgun at vehicles driving on I-75 in Ooletwah.

The arrest affidavit says that Matthew Henry told police that he suffered from PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and had run out of his medications, according to WRCB. Henry told police he used the shotgun to hunt coyotes.

Police found spent shell casings on the overpass where Henery was said to have fired his shotgun at passing cars on Interstate 75, near Exit 11. No one was injured.

He was arrested at his Ooltewah home after a relative drove him home following the incident. He was identified from video on nearby surveillance cameras. He was shirtless, wearing camouflage and carrying what eyewitnesses described as a shotgun.
