A man captured in Kentucky after being added to the TBI's Most Wanted list for child rape pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, assault and escape in Laurel County, according to the Laurel County Sheriff.

Rick James Brock, 51, is currently being held in the Laurel County detention center ahead of being extradited back to Claiborne county.

The Laurel County Sheriff's release said more charges are expected in Tennessee, as more victims are being identified.

U.S. Marshals captured a New Tazewell man wanted for child rape in Laurel County, Kentucky.

Rick James Brock was captured Thursday night, January 28, at his brother's home in London, Kentucky on East Fifth Street.

Brock, 51, was wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office and TBI for four counts of rape of a child and four counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. He had been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted list on January 4.

Brock's brother is expected to be charged by U.S. Marshals for harboring him.
