A Morristown man is in jail and is facing more than 100 charges relating to his pawn shop.

The Hamblen County Sheriff's Department arrested James Drinnon Wednesday morning, saying he violated the Pawn Brokers Act.

Drinnon is accused of forcing people to sign over their car titles when they didn't have to and then re-selling the cars to the public. They also say he hasn't been reporting what comes into his shop, which is also required by law.

In all, Drinnon faces 117 charges.
