Knoxville — K Brew has plans to rebrand its downtown location and it involves biscuits.
They want to change it to Matt Robb's Biscuits and Brew and they are aiming to raise $8,000 through kickstarter. If fully funded Robbins hopes to open on or around April 30.
The project launched on March 20. He hopes to reach the goal of $8,000 by April 9.
Robbins wants to bring biscuits and great coffee to Knoxville and is ready to do this.
If a donation is made it will go towards a new oven, shop construction, espresso machine, deep freezer, cooling rack, website build and much more.
Robbins has been the lead barista and coffee shop manager in Knoxville, TN for over ten years and now he wants his dream of having a shop of his own to come true.
