Ingredients:

1 (9) inch chocolate store-bought crust

Filling:

1 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter

One stick of butter

One cup of powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and then vanilla and spoon into pie crust.

Place in the refrigerator while making the ganache.

Ganache:

One cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and stir in 15 second intervals or it can be placed in a sauce pan and melted on medium heat until smooth. Let the ganache cool for five minutes, then pour over the pie. Refrigerate pie for one hour before serving. Decorate with valentine candy of your choice.
