4 egg whites

1/2 tsp cream of tarter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg


Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until firm. In a separate bowl combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually add mixture to egg whites and mix. Use piping bag or gallon size bag with corner tip cut off for piping. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet until slightly golden and easy to peel from parchment.
