2 cups cooked quinoa

1/2 cup soft goat cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs

1/2 cup sweated garlic (4 cloves) and onions (half onion) minced

1 Tbs sherry vinegar

1 egg

salt and pepper


Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. Divide into 4 large cakes or 8 small ones. Pan sear/fry in cast iron on medium high heat until browned on both sides or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
