Kelsea Ballerini receives ASCAP Vanguard Award

Knoxville native Kelsea Ballerini received the ASCAP Vanguard Award in Nashville Monday night.

Ballerini, whose second album "Unapologetically" came out last week, also performed her song "In Between".
