Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

1 cup apple juice/cider

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp raw ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with whipped cream or Truwhip.
