Southern, celebrity chef Paula Deen visited Knoxville to promote her new cookbook.
Deen was at Barnes and Noble on Kingston Pike on Monday for a discussion and signing of, Paula Deen Cuts the Fat: 250 Favorite Recipes All Lightened Up.
The book presents lighter versions of the classic southern dishes that Deen is known for.
Deen visited Knoxville last November as part of this same tour. She also has a restaurant in Pigeon Forge and a store in Gatlinburg.
