Peyton Manning was the featured speaker Tuesday at the Go Red for Women Luncheon.

Manning spoke about the importance of increasing awareness about heart disease at the Cherokee Country Club in West Knoxville.

"It's an honor for me to be here for such an important cause. As y'all know, heart disease is the number one killer of women, taking more lives than all forms of cancer combined," he said.

On Monday, Manning teed off his annual golf tournament benefiting his Peyback Foundation and East Tennessee Children's Hospital. The former Vol is also working out with the UT football team while in town.
