1/2 Cup Dry Rolled Oats

1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin

1/2 Cup Almond milk

1/2 Cup Water

2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds

1 Teaspoon Honey

Cinnamon and Pumpkin Pie Spice

Handful of Pumpkin Seeds (for topping)

Bring 1/2 Water to Boil, add Oats, then reduce heat to medium. Add Almond Milk and continue to cook till oats are cooked. Add Pumpkin, Chia and Honey and Spices and let mixture thicken until desired oatmeal texture, usually 5 minutes. Top with Pumpkin Seeds or any other nuts.
