(WBIR) Claiborne County Sheriff David Ray said Wednesday that a body matching the description of a missing woman had been found.

Kelly Clawson, 46, was last seen on May 24.

On Wednesday morning, June 11, the body of a woman was found in the Speedwell community. An autopsy will determine if it Clawson.

Detectives said there were no apparent signs of foul play or violence, but the investigation is still ongoing.

The Claiborne County Sheriff's Office said it's searching for a missing woman who was last seen in May.

Kelley Clawson, 46, was last seen on Powell Ridge Road at about noon on May 24. At the time, she was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, a red jacket, pink and white Nike tennis shoes. She has a tattoo on her right shoulder of the words "Hollywood's Gipsy," along with a tattoo of roses with vines on her right ankle.

She has brown hair, green eyes, weighs 116 pounds, and is about 5 foot 2 inches tall.
