1 cup spinach

½ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

1 frozen banana

¼ ripe avocado

¼ cup orange juice

1 TBSP coconut oil

1 tsp flax meal

1 tsp chia seeds

splash vanilla extract

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into bowl, and top with toasted coconut flakes, chopped banana chips (I like to use the unsweetened kind to reduce the amount of sugar), and chia seeds.
