Ingredients:

1lb Boiled Chicken Breast, Boiled in Water or Stock.

1 Green Apple Diced

2 Cups of Purple Grapes

1 Cup Chopped Celery

Dressing:

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Lime Juice

Salt

Garlic Powder

Directions:

Mix ingredients for dressing and set aside. Boil chicken in water or stock. Once cool, combine with apple, grapes and celery. Serve on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce or spinach.
