Ingredients:

Butter - 1/2 lb

Celery - 1 head chopped

Onions – 4 diced

Carrots - 6 peeled and chopped

Garlic - 10 cloves minced

Sage Sausage - 2 lbs

Dried Cranberries - 1/2 cup

Chicken Broth - 1 cup

Multigrain Bread - 2 loaves cubed

Poultry Rub - 1/4 c

Directions:
Cook sausage and set aside saving the grease. In a pan, add butter to grease and sauté celery, onions and carrots till just soft. Toss bread in poultry rub. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a pan at 350 degrees until done.
