Have yourself a "Jazzy" little Christmas tonight at the Tennessee Theatre with the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra's "A Swingin' Christmas" with special guest Wycliffe Gordon. The show starts at 8:00 p.m. and tickets are $40 plus applicable fees.
The Tennessee Theatre will also host the Christmas Classic, "Miracle on 34th Street" on Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for children under 12 and for seniors 60 and over.
Downtown Knoxville's Market Square hosts the Holidays on Ice skating rink . It runs through January 7 (Closed Christmas Day) . Make sure to check their Facebook page for closings due to inclement weather.
Head up to Gatlinburg where it's really feeling a lot like Christmas. You can take their Winter Magic Trolley Ride of Lights. The trolley times are 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. You can see the city's impressive lights all over town. Tickets are $5 and are available at the Gatlinburg website. The trolley rides will not run on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Knox County's Holiday Festival of Lights continues at The Cove at Concord Park. The displays are on from 6 to 9 p.m. daily and it's free. They will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas day!
