(WBIR) Rogersville police arrested three people this week after they found meth lab components in their motel room.

According to the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office, police arrested Shanna Danielle Moorefield, William Leonard Brown and David Shaun Bernard after getting a suspicious person complaint at the Comfort Inn Motel in Rogersville.

Authorities said they found a number of items in the motel room that would be used in the creation of meth. The items included crushed ephedrine pills, red phosphorous, coffee filters, and iodine crystals. There were also glass pipes with meth residue lying in plain site.

All three individuals were taken to the Hawkins County Jail.

Moorefield and Brown are facing several drug charges including initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine. Bernard is also facing a number of charges including maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are housed or sold.

Moorefield was released on $100,000 bond while Brown and Bernard remain in custody.
