Ingredients:

2 Cups Cooked Quinoa

2 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed

3 Eggs

1/4 Cup Egg Whites

1/4 Cup Chopped Basil

2 tsp Garlic Powder

3 tsp Himalayan Salt

2 tsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 tbsp Lime juice

1 tbsp Sriracha

Directions:

Combine ingredients. Pan Sear in 1 tsp Coconut Oil, bake in Oven at 350 for 5 minutes.

Top with Tomatoes, Peppers, Guacamole or Fresh Sliced Avocado.
