After a huge overtime win over Florida in week two, the Vols had an easy outing against the Houston Cougars.

Tennessee won the game 42-7.

It was a good game for Tee Martin to continue to get comfortable in his starting role; he tossed four touchdowns. Running back Jamal Lewis added a 59-yard touchdown, and his backup Shawn Bryson marched down for a 63-yard touchdown of his own.

The Vols ended with nearly 600 yards in total offense, and the Vol defense held Houston under 250 yards for their third win of the season.
