Two of three westbound lanes of I-40 are blocked in Jefferson County at around Mile Marker 418 near Dandridge.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation reported a vehicle fire at around 11:14 a.m. on Saturday.
Traffic is moving slowly because two of the left lanes and the left shoulder are closed.
