Tonight: Increasing clouds with lows in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Winds will be light.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Highs will be in the middle 40s with light winds. Rain totals should be less than a quarter of an inch. Lows Sunday night will be near 40 degrees.

Monday: Other than a few sprinkles in areas south of I-40, Monday should be mostly dry with partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 50s.

Tuesday: Scattered showers with highs near 60 degrees.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a few showers. Cooler. Highs in the lower 50s.

Rest of the week: As of now, it appears that we will have quiet weather on Thursday before the next boundary settled into the area on Friday, bringing showers back into the forecast. Highs will be in the middle 50s with lows in the lower 40s.

Next weekend: Although it appears that there will be a favorable setup for precipitation, there is a higher level of uncertainty with the forecast. There is poor agreement from model to model and run to run on track, strength and position of the frontal boundary and any slight changes with each of these factors could make a big difference on impacts. Check back for updates as we get closer.

Have a great weekend!!
