WBIR offers a full array of commercial production services for local businesses that advertise on any of the WBIR products, including 10 News 2, 10 Weather Plus and WBIR.com. Our goal is to ensure that you have the right creative message to reach your best customer. We strive to make the process easy for you.
Once you have started working with a WBIR account executive, our client services producer will then work with you and your account executive to find out what product or service you want to place in front of your best customer on WBIR. The client services producer will then write a script and work with you to schedule a time to shoot and edit your commercial.
A typical on location shoot will take about two hours and a typical edit session will take about two or three hours. We can usually produce a commercial in three to five business days. While we specialize in producing your commercial on location, we also have a professional studio available for production.
Standard commercial lengths are :10, :15, :30 and :60 seconds and your account executive will help place your commercial on WBIR to reach your best customer.
The cost of producing a commercial on WBIR averages about $500.

On Location Shooting: $125 hour
Studio Production: $150 hour
Editing: $150 hour
If you wish to use professional announcers or actors in your commercial, you will need to pay for their services in addition to the production charges. WBIR shoots on digital video and edits on one of two Final Cut Pro editing systems featuring the latest Motion and Live Type effects.
