We start the weekend off at the Clayton Center for the Artswith the talented Jake Shimabukuro. Jake is considered a virtuoso on the ukulele and will be taking the stage Thursday night at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $35.

Thursday night the Knoxville Ice Bears are at home to take on the Fayetteville FireAntz. Saturday night the Ice Bears face the Pensacola Ice Flyers in the Coliseum. Saturday is also fan favorite Wiener Dog Race Night. Start time is set for 7:30 pm.

Joel Olsteen and wife Victoria are hosting "A Night of Hope" Friday at Thompson Boling Arena. Tickets are still available for $15. Doors open at 6:00 pm.

The Tennessee Theatre is hosting a Valentine's Day-themed open house Friday to get you ready for the big holiday. The event will include tours and music all for the low cost of nothing. Doors will be open from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Saturday afternoon the Vols are hosting the Gamecocks at Thompson Boling. The game starts at 3:00 pm and gives you plenty of time for some b-ball before heading out Saturday night.

Fox Den Country Club will host a scotch tasting event Saturday night to raise money for this years Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games. There will be great food and scotch starting at 6:00 pm.

The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra provides a night of romance Saturday with the Clayton Valentine's Pops concert, "Dancing & Romancing". The show takes place at the Civic Auditorium at 8:00 pm. Tickets start at $35.

Colorado-based quartet Yonder Mountain String band invades the Tennessee Theatre Saturday night. For $25 you can enjoy a night of top-shelf bluegrass starting at 8:00 pm.

Grammy-nominated group The Freight Hoppers stop by the Laurel Theater Saturday for a night of old-time music in a great venue. Admission is $14. The show starts at 8:00 pm.

The Bijou Theatre will host 10 Years along with Trapper Schoepp Saturday night. It will be a night of acoustic music kicking off at 9:00 pm. Tickets are $19 the day of the show.

We wrap up the weekend at the Knoxville Convention Center for the News Sentinel Bridal and Beyond show. Everything you need to plan the big day will be on hand Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm. Admission is $10.
