The Square Room will be filled with the sounds of The Vespers and Anderson East on Thursday. The Vespers bring a brand of folk-pop sure to get you out of your seat. Tickets start at $10. Show starts at 8:00 pm.

Also Thursday, the Disc Exchange will host the sweet sounds of Americana brought to you by local favorite Robinella. Hear tracks off of her latest album Ode To Love. The show is free and starts at 6:30 pm.

Blake Shelton is in Knoxville and taking the stage at Thompson Boling Arena Friday night. You can get tickets for the Ten Times Crazier Tour at www.tbarena.com. Show starts at 7:30 pm.

Movies on Market Square is featuring another Spielberg classic. This week it's Jurassic Park. Be sure to bring something to sit on. the show is free and starts at dusk.

Krutch Park will be filled with sweets Saturday morning for Cupcakes in the Park. More than 20 local bakeries will be on hand with some of their tastiest creations. Stop by between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Tickets are $5.

Saturday night at the Tennessee Theatre enjoy the sounds of City and Colour with Lucy Rose. Tickets are $32.50 and include a free digital copy of City and Colour's latest LP, The Hurry and The Harm. Doors open at 7:00 pm.

Also Saturday, Hiwassee College is hosting the Celebration of Hope Balloon Glow Festival. It's a fun night of balloon rides, music and a musical light show. Tickets are $5 for adults. Kids 12 and under get in free.

On Sunday, get loose and feel good with Barre 3 in the Park. Barre 3 combines the techniques of ballet, yoga and pilates all in one. The only way it could get better would be if it was free...oh yeah, it is free. The class starts at 10:00 am at Cherokee Park.

For even more healthy fun on Sunday, check out the Greater Knoxville Heart Walk. More than 5,000 walkers will meet at World's Fair Park to celebrate the lifesaving work of the American Heart Association. Registration and activities begin at 2:00 pm.

Halloween is about a month away. How better to get into a spooky mood than with a Lantern and Carriage Tour at Old Gray Cemetery. Come by Sunday afternoon and park across the street from St. John's Lutheran Church. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 extra for a carriage ride.

Another way to get into the Halloween spirit is with Food and Fright Tours. Enjoy a three course meal at Windows on the Park followed by a haunted excursion through the Market Square District. Arrive for dinner around 6:00 pm with the ghost hunting starting at 8:30 pm.
