Rundown of the weekend events in East Tennessee.

Jefferson County High School will host "Night of the Patriots" on Thursday. The chili supper is free to all veterans and their families. The fun starts at 5 p.m. 
 
Friday is Veterans Day. Knoxville will host its annual parade through downtown at 10:40 a.m. It starts at the Civic Auditorium. You can find a list of other Veterans Day events and freebies here.
 
The Knoxville Ice Bears will host the Macon Mayhem on Friday. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. It is military appreciation night. Tickets range in price. 
 
UT Men's Basketball will take on UT Chattanooga on Friday. The game starts at 7 p.m. Tickets range in price.
 
Dollywood will host its "Light the Way 5k" on Friday night. Walk or run through four million lights- a part of Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas festival. The event benefits "Keep Sevierville Beautiful" and "Share it Forward". It starts at 11 p.m. 
 
The Knoxville Expo Center will host its annual Christmas Fair Friday through Sunday. Shop for arts, crafts, Christmas gifts and more. The fair opens up on Friday at 2 p.m. 
 
The Vols will take on Kentucky on Saturday in Neyland Stadium. Kickoff is at noon. 
 
Take your four-legged, furry friends to West Town Mall on Sunday for Pet Photo Night with Santa. Bring your pets to the amphitheater in front of JC Penney from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Use the entrance near Charming Charlie on the Morrell Road side of the mall. 
 
"Dollar Days" lasts all weekend at Zoo Knoxville. If you come to the zoo with a non-perishable food item or pet food, admission is just a dollar. The donations will help Young-Williams Animal Center, Mission of Hope and Knox PAWS
