PIGEON FORGE - More than 50,000 people are expected at the 32nd Annual Dolly Homecoming Parade, set for Friday, May 5 in Pigeon Forge!
After a full day of events at Dollywood, Sevier County's favorite daughter will be the grand marshal of the parade on the parkway.
In addition to an appearance by Dolly, the parade will include local entertainers, colorful floats, military veterans and marching bands.
The parade begins at 6 p.m. and travels from traffic light #6 to traffic light #3. You are encouraged to get there early to get a good spot!
City of Pigeon Forge tourism officials say the parade will take place rain or shine. The city is keeping a close eye on the weather, and if conditions require any changes to the parade schedule, they will make a determination at that time.
