Lettuce sold in both Tennessee and Kentucky has been recalled.

A California farm is recalling lettuce that may be tainted with E.coli bacteria.

The producer says a shipment of romaine lettuce was sold as "Tanimura and Antle Field Fresh Wrapped Single Head Romaine."

It may have a sell-by date of August 19 on its plastic bag.

The lettuce was sold in Tennessee and Kentucky, along with 17 other states.

No illnesses have been reported.
