People gathered at Dumplin Valley Farm in Kodak Friday for the start of the Camperfest Reunion.
Radio station WDVX put on the two-day festival; the radio station itself started its broadcasts in a camper in 1997. The original Camperfest Americana Music Festival ran from 1998 to 2007.
Listeners gathered inside the barn - which event organizers said could fit up to 600 people - to listen to both national and musical acts. Knoxville-based band Robinella performed Friday.
"I've chosen the set today that showcases the music I'm interested in right now," singer-songwriter Robinella Bailey, a Maryville native, said. "I didn't so much go for depth of lyric as I went for quality of sound and a good time today."
The festival continues Saturday, with music starting at 1 p.m. The gates are set to open at noon.
