My bride and I have been lucky enough to adopt one e-x-t-r-a-ordinary pup from a humane society. And "Boomer" the black lab lived up to his name. You always knew if he was in the room. Not just because he weighed 95 pounds and insisted he was a lap dog. No, Boomer lit up a room with his "booming" personality. His heart was as big as his appetite and he filled our lives with all kinds of laughs and love.
